Normally when this happens, I just delete the video footage instead of uploading it to YT but thought this time I would as the building was a pretty nice looking one. Not sure what the building is..maybe apartments This building and parking deck is right next door (across the street) from the Aloft Hotel in Chapel Hill. Although we didn't get to ride this elevator, there was another elevator on the other side of the parking deck that we could ride. I will upload that video next.
